ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Cr.No.8/AC/2008, C.C.V, dated 19.12.2008, on the file of the Respondent Police and quash the same in so far the petitioner is concerned.
2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the prosecution in this case is withdrawn by the respondents and the FIR is closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that FIR is closed, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not necessary.
