This petition has been filed to vacate the order of interim stay.

However, the same was returned at the SR stage itself by the Registry for some defects. But the defects has not been rectified and complied with till date.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, the writ petition was already disposed of, and hence, he is not pressing the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as not pressed.
