(made by S. VAIDYANATHAN, J.) This writ petition has been filed impugning the notice dated 24.07.2018 issued by the Chennai Corporation.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the building in question has already been demolished. It was further submitted by him that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by the order passed by this very Bench in N. Jayalakshmi v The Commissioner, Greater Chennai Corporation and 3 others1. In view of the above, this writ petition is also dismissed on the same terms. Costs made easy. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
