Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to conduct the auction in respect of collection Toll in the Weekly Shandy situated within Konganapuram Selection Grade Panchayat on 13.03.2020 as scheduled, under the supervision of the second respondent at his office with adequate protection and vedio coverage, by allowing the petitioner to participate in the auction without any prevention by any one and to finalize the same in accordance with law, based on the highest bid to be offered by the participants, without postponing the auction.
