PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the Petitioner in the guise of enquiry as per the representation letter dated on 14.03.2022 and on the file of 2nd respondent .

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that on the complaint given by one Chinnaponnu, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.390 of 2021 and same has been closed on 18.01.2022. He would further submit that the second respondent is not harassing the petitioner.

3. It is made clear that since the complaint has been closed, the second respondent shall not unnecessarily harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
