ORDER

The writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2017 and direct the respondents to vacate the said TASMAC Shop.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the residents of Begapalli Village are facing a lot of difficulties / hardship in view of the Tasmac Shop bearing No.3013, No.67, Begapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District..

3. At the outset, Mr.K.Balakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents would submit that the representation dated 14.07.2017 would be considered and orders will be passed within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition,there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2017, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested persons/stake holders, within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that 2/4

this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation, it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law.
