ORDER

Contempt Petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the order dated 25.06.2013, passed in W.P.No.9639 of 2013.

In view of the issuance of G.O.(Ms) No.142, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (TP.1) Department, dated 23.09.2015, this contempt petition is closed. The contemnors/respondents shall implement the

order dated 25.06.2013 by granting regular time scale of pay and monetary benefits to the petitioners as per the aforesaid Government Order.
