ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in this Habeas Corpus Petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to produce the body of Monisha @ Haritha, aged about 21 years and set her at liberty. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 placed before us, a statement given by the detenue, Mrs.Monish, W/o.Naveen Kumar, residing at Manjankaranai Village and Post, Uthukottai Taluk. On 08.03.2018, the detenue has informed the police that she got married with 3rd respondent, Mr.Naveen Kumar at her own will and now the detenue is leading a matrimonial life with 3rd respondent. married with 3rd respondent as her choice, which is being the statement furnished by the detenue before the Inspector of Police, C-2, Periyapalayam Police Station, Periyapalayam. Thus, there is no reason to consider the contentions as set out in the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
3.Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
