ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.11.2019 for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC in Crime No.1112 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had committed the theft of Royal Enfield motor cycle bearing Reg.No.TN66 AB 3990.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are innocent person and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners involved in 11other cases of similar nature, the respondent police completed the investigation and the case has been taken up in CC.No.66 of 2020 and trial has been commenced. He would submit there are 7witnesses as on date, 3 witnesses have been examined and 4 witnesses are yet to be examined.

5. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners have involved in 11other cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. The criminal original petition stands dismissed, with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore to complete the trial in CC.No.66 of 2020, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from 01.04.2020. -sd/- 23/03/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
