ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 428 and 506

(2) of IPC in Crime No.48 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein is alleged to have brutally killed the pet dog of the defacto complainant with aruval. Hence, the case has been registered against him.

3. The petitioner before this Court claiming innocent. However, the FIR and the investigation reveals that the act of the crime committed by the petitioner is witnessed by the defacto complainant and others and further, the postmortem report of the dog is awaited.

4. Considering the nature of the offence committed by the petitioner, causing cutely by killing the pet dog of the defacto complainant, this Court is of the view that the petitioner should be secured and interrogated.
