2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court by order dated 09.07.2018, the document number of the registered mortgage deed has been wrongly typed in paragraph Nos.3,6 and 7 as 1609/1910, dated 25.05.1910 instead of 1610/1910, dated 11.04.1910. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays to rectify the same.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the mistake of typographical error, this Court is inclined to modify the document number of the registered mortgage deed No.1610/1910, dated 11.04.1910 instead of 1609/1910 dated 25.05.1910.

4. Registry is directed to make necessary modification and issue a fresh order copy to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent.
