Though this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, considering the delay in filing the above appeal, delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the credit of Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court, Chennai, within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Upon production of receipt for payment of costs, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered."

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant submitted that the order of this Court dated 18.03.2024 has been complied with. He has also filed a memo to that effect.

3. The aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner/ appellant is recorded. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission.
