It is represented by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 that in view of the order of status quo passed in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in W.P.No.1511 of 2015, dated 23.01.2015, the respondents could not comply with the order of this Court, dated 04.11.2015 in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in W.P.No.35699 of 2015.
