ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.02.2020 for the offences publishable under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(B) NDPS Act in Crime No.94 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 20.02.2020, the petitioners were found in possession of 1.100 kgs. of kanja. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are no way connected with the alleged offence and a false case has been foisted against the petitioners. He further submitted that the petitioners were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.02.2020 and since then, they have been in judicial custody. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners were arrested very recently and that the investigation is pending. Hence, he opposed for the grant of bail to the petitioners.

5. Taking into account that the petitioners were arrested very recently and that the investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners for the present.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
