This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for the wilful and intentional disobedience of the order dated 18.03.2022 made in W.P.No.6262 of 2022, under Contempt of Courts Act.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 18.03.2022 in W.P.No.6262 of 2022 has been complied with. In support of his contention, he placed before this Court the proceedings of the second respondent in br/K/g/K/o3-7048-2025 dated 23.06.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the said submission.
