It appears that the petitioners have challenged the very same order in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.13571 of 2023. The said Writ Petition was dismissed with directions to remove the encroachments. It is also informed that subsequent Review Petition in Review Petition.No.36 of 2024 was also dismissed by order dated 22.02.2024. Despite which, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the very same relief.

2. Considering the fact that the earlier Writ Petition has been dismissed, the remedy available is only to file an appeal and not to file a subsequent Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
