....Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the second respondent's order made in Moo.Nu.No.34452/ F2/2015 dated 16.10.2015 and Na.Ka.No.34452/F2/2015 dated 26.02.2020 to quash the same and consequently direct the 1st, 2nd & 3rd
respondents to forthwith approve the appointment of the petitioner as Waterman in the fourth respondent college with effect from 09.02.2006 and also extend all benefits both services and monetary benefits arising there from.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the second respondent's order made in Moo.Nu.No.34452/F2/2015 dated 16.10.2015 and Na.Ka.No.34452/F2/2015 dated 26.02.2020 and consequently direct the 1st, 2nd & 3rd respondents to forthwith approve the appointment of the petitioner as Waterman in the fourth respondent college with effect from 09.02.2006 and also extend all benefits both services and monetary benefits arising there from.
2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the prayer in this Writ Petition has already been complied by the respondents vide Na.Ka.No.2692/E2/2020 dated 23.06.2021 and he has also produced the copy of the order of the Director of Collegiate Education before this Court.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has been complied, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
