ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to withdraw the proceedings in SC.No.105 of 2012 on the file of the learned District cum Sessions Court, Tiruvannamalai and transfer the same to the file of the learned District Cum Sessions Court, Vellore.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case against the petitioner in S.T.C.No.105 of 2012 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvannamalai was ended in acquittal and therefore, this Court may close this petition, as there is nothing to adjudicate in this matter.

petitioner is ended in an acquittal, nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
