It is seen that this Court, while disposing W.P.No.11994 of 2024 vide order dated 25.06.2024, directed the first respondent to complete the award enquiry as expeditiously as possible and pass final award determining the compensation after following the due procedure and see that the compensation determined is paid to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible. Since, the said order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 25.06.2024 has been complied with. He also produced the proceedings to that effect. 4.

Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the compliance is recorded. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
