Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed to petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., in order dated 15/12/2020 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7395 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12393 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.VELUCHAMY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12393 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 174 (3) of Cr.P.C. and Section 4 (I) (B) of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.641 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
