ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order 1/4

passed by this Court in WP.no.22134 of 2024 dated 06.08.2024, thereby the respondent was directed to consider the petitioner's representation seeking waiver of loan and to pass orders within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent produced letter dated 06.03.2025 of the respondent, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.22134 of 2024 dated 06.08.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 06.03.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid letter dated 06.03.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
