By order dated 03.11.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.24296 of 2016, this Court ordered that the petitioner shall file a bail application before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri District, in connection with Crime No.77 of 2008 pending on the file of the respondent police, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and on filing of such bail application, the same shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law on the same day. As directed, the petitioner did not surrender before the Court. Now the present petition is filed seeking to extend the time for execution of bail bond.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to the ill health of the petitioner, he could not surrender before the Court. To that effect, he produced the medical certificate.

3.Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time for execution of bail bond granted by this Court in the order dated 03.11.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.24296 of 2016, is extended for a period of three weeks from today. 4.This miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
