C.M.P.No.5635 of 2024 in S.A.No.487 of 2012 G.ARUL MURUGAN, J., The first and second appellants in this Second Appeal had died and the appellants have filed a petition in C.M.P.No.5635 of 2024 to substitute the petitioners/legal heirs of the deceased 2nd appellant, as the appellants 7 to 11 in this Second Appeal. 2.

The petitioners have filed a copy of the death certificate issued in respect of the second appellant and the legal heir certificate issued by the Tahsildar, Krishnagiri dated 18.06.2020, along with this petition. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondents. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents 3 to 6, who are already on record, are the legal heirs of the deceased first appellant and they will file necessary memo to that effect.
