This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for willfully and wantonly violating the orders of this Court dated 01.08.2024 passed in WP.No.22054 of 2024, thereby the respondent was directed to consider the petitioner's case and to pass orders within a time frame.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced Government order dated 11.04.2025 of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.22054 of 2024 dated 01.08.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid order dated 11.04.2025.
3. In view of the aforesaid Government order dated 11.04.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
