This petition has been filed to grant an order of injunction restraining the respondent, her men, agent, servants or anybody else claim through her from in any way interfering with the existing construction of the suit property which is the subject matter of A.S.No.460 of 2013 on the file of the VII Additional City Civil Judge, Chennai reversing the judgment and decree in O.S.No.10501 of 2010 ont the file of the VI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. It is seen from the records that the service has been complete in the appeal. Since the main appeal is ripe for final hearing and ordered to be so listed, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
