ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.03.2022, at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 328 of IPC and Sec. 7, 20(1) of COTPA Act 2003 and Sec. 52, 59 of Food Safety Act, 2006 in Crime No.71 of 2022 seeks bail.

2. The petitioners herein are driver and cleaner of Eicher Lorry, in which, banned tobacco products weighing about 1008 kgs worth about Rs.6,50,000/- was transported.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners were arrested on 19.03.2022 and the owner of the vehicle is still in abscondance and the investigation is at very crucial stage.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
