Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of declaration declaring the action of the respondents 1-6 in conducting the counselling for Post Graduate Medical Seats from 05/04/2016 to 07/04/2016 for Admission to the year 2016-2017 without the respondents 7-10 surrendering their 65% or 50% seats in each speciality as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 16 to conduct the counselling afresh by ensuring surrendering of 65% or 50% of Post Graduate Medical Seats in each speciality for admission for the academic year 2016-2017.
