Today, 28.03.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7871 of 2012 dated 28.02.2024 has been complied with by the fourth respondent/The Special Officer, S.250, Kottappatti Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society, Dharmapuri, stating that the 4th respondent Society had deposited Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) by way of Demand Draft in favour of the deceased petitioner employee, namely, M/s.K.Sarumathi.

3. In view of the above, the order dated 28.02.2024 is complied with. 28.03.2024 cda 1/3
