O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw FCOP.No.65 of 2021 on the file of Family Court Judge, Erode, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court Complex, Chennai.

2. The respondent/husband has filed FCOP.No.65 of 2021 before the Family Court, Erode, for dissolution of marriage.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner/wife has submitted that the petitioner being deserted by the respondent/husband is residing with her parents at Mathur, Chennai, which is nearly 400 kms from Erode. He further submitted that the petitioner suffers a squint eye. In such circumstances, it is difficult for the petitioner to travel from Chennai to Erode for attending the Court hearing in FCOP.No.65 of 2021. Hence, he seeks to transfer the FCOP.No.65 of 2021 to the file of Family Court, City Civil Court Complex, Chennai.

4. Though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no representation for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, FCOP.No.65 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court Judge, Erode and transferred to the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court Complex, Chennai, for disposal as per law. The learned Family Court Judge, Erode, is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court Complex, Chennai, forthwith. The learned Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court Complex, Chennai, is directed to dispose of FCOP.No.65 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

6. In fine, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
