ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner based on the representation dated 02.03.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. This Court does not want to go into the several grounds that have been raised in the writ petition. It will suffice, if a direction is given to the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and respond for the same.

4. Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 02.03.2022 and take a decision strictly on its own merits and in accordance with law. 2/4

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
