Prayer in WP.No.30108/2013:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorari calling for the records of the respondents relating to the order of the 1st respondent in RC.No.4343/2013/m7/c/,.(C) dated 28.10.2013 issued pursuant to the order of the 3rd respondent in G.O.[D] No.170, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, dated 19.04.2013 removing the petitioner from the office of the President of Gerugambakkam Panchayat, Kancheepuram District under section 38[3][e] of the Panchayats Act and quash the same.
