This petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.60 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Viruthachalam and transfer the same to the file of the Sub-Court, Poonamallee.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the H.M.O.P No.60 of 2022 has been disposed of on 11.09.2023 itself. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
