This Criminal Original Petition has been preferred seeking to set aside the order dated 09.02.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Viruthachalam dismissing Crl.M.P. No.138 of 2018 in S.T.C. No.210 of 2015 filed for sending the cheque for expert opinion and directing the Magistrate to send the cheque bearing No.929717 for handwriting expert.

cad Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petition has become infructuous, inasmuch as the accused has been convicted in S.T.C. No.210 of 2015 and his appeal is pending before the Sessions Court.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is closed as having become infructuous. Connected Crl.M.Ps. are closed.
