ORDER

When this writ petition is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to work out its remedy and to raise all the disputes which are raised in the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to the following effect:-

"May be permitted to withdraw with liberty to workout the remedy in the manner known to law and to raise all the disputes before the civil court."

2. Permission is accorded.

3. In the light of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP is closed.
