4 Thiru.Devan Respondents Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 not to issue the Order of Confirmation of Tender in favour of the 4th respondent for washing and cleaning of buses of the respondent 1 to 3 transport corporation and consequently extend the Tender Orders No.20007/Tech/ SETC/2013 dated 26.7.2013 and 29.5.2013 respectively passed by the 3rd respondent for another period of two years by receiving enhanced amount. COMMON ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondents.

2. Accordingly, both the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
