Prayer in W.P.No.33600 of 2013 : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the 1st respondent dated 20.7.2010 in Mu.Mu.A.3/534/2010, and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to forthwith issue the legal heir certificate to the petitioner for her deceased N.Rajagopal. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Selvaraj (In Both WPs) For Respondents : Mr.U.Baranidharan (In Both WPs) Additional Government Pleader R1 Mr.Mukunth for M/s.Sarvabhauman Associates for R2 COMMON ORDER These writ petitions were filed challenging the order of the 1st respondent and for a consequential direction to the 1st respondent to forthwith issue the legal heir certificate to the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that a comprehensive suit has already been filed and pending in O.S.No.293 of 2020 before the Principal District Munsif Court, Tirukkoyilur. In view of the same, it is left open to both the parties to agitate all their grievance before the concerned Civil Court. 2/4

3.In view of the above, there writ petitions are closed and there shall be a direction to the Principal District Munsif, Tirukkoyilur, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.293 of 2020, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, these writ petitions are closed.
