ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries based on the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 29.04.2024.

Heard MR.S.Sasikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3. 3.
The petitioner is claiming right and title over the property by virtue of a release deed dated 23.02.2024. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the patta that was issued in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner wanted a survey to be conducted in the subject property and accordingly, submitted a representation before the respondents. Since the same did not evoke any response, the present writ petition has been filed seeking for appropriate directions.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case
and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 29.04.2024 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on title documents. This process shall be completed by the respondents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any rival claimants, the survey shall be conducted in their presence. 5.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
