ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to investigate and register an F.I.R against Mr.V.S.Loganathan, Mr.V.Sambasivam and Mrs.Pushpavathi, in respect of petitioner's complaint dated 10.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.422 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.422 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
