Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2020 and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to cause an investigation and enquiry in respect of the wrongly added persons above named in the above referred respective patta nos.637, 3700, 2940, 3662, 1810, 1288 and 1740 and remove their names in all revenue records, and consequently issue fresh patta deleting their names and pray that suitable action may be taken against the wrong doer in the Department who have indulged in adding the above named persons in the above said patta nos.637, 3700, 2940, 3662, 1810, 1288 and 1740.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2020 and also to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to cause an investigation and enquiry in respect of the wrongly added persons in respective patta nos.637, 3700, 2940, 3662, 1810, 1288 and 1740 and remove their names in all revenue records, and consequently issue fresh patta to the petitioner deleting their names.
2.Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 17.05.2021 at 03.00 a.m at the office of the Revenue Divisional Officer, the third respondent herein.
3.The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.
4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2020 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections of the State Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 17.05.2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
