ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to deal with the revision petition pending in Revision No.J2/e-2116481/2024 dated 05.06.2024 and to pass final orders, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.A.V.Arun, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3.The petitioner has filed a revision petition before the 1 st respondent against the order passed by the 2 nd respondent dated 07.05.2024. The grievance

3/5 of the petitioner is that the 1 st respondent issued the enquiry notice and the petitioner also appeared before the 1 st respondent at least on two occasions.

Even thereafter, no final orders were passed. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to pass orders in the revision petition pending in Revision No.J2/e2116481/2024 dated 05.06.2024, on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
