This petition has been filed to "the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the said court weekly once apart from hearing dates, until further orders" by this Court in the order dated 23.01.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.631 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26560 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court first week of every Monday i.e., 10.30 a.m. and third week of every Monday i.e.,10.30 a.m. for a period of two months and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates.
