The petitioner seeks relaxation in the condition (iii) imposed by this Court in H.C.P.No.1755 of 2023 on 22.01.2024, that the detenu is directed to stay within the revenue district of Kancheepuram and report before the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Kancheepuram, No.6, Ellappanagar, First Street, Kancheepuram, daily at 10.30 am, until further orders."

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenu has been regularly reporting before the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Kancheepuram, No.6, Ellappanagar, First Street, Kancheepuram, at 10.30 am.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner herein is regularly complying with the condition (iii) imposed by this Court, we are inclined to pass the following Page No.1/3

order:- (iii) The condition directing the detenu to stay within the revenue district of Kancheepuram and report before the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Kancheepuram, No.6, Ellappanagar, First Street, Kancheepuram, daily at 10.30 am, until further orders, is relaxed.
