(Order of the Court was made by N.Kirubakaran, J) The petitioner's husband has been convicted under NDPS Act. He has celebrated his sister's marriage, for that he has borrowed some money as loan. To settle the loan, he wants to sell away the property and therefore, he seeks extension of leave for another period of 15 days.

2.Taking into consideration that on 24.08.2019 leave was granted to the detenu for 26 days for the purpose of sister's engagement and on 06.11.2019 again leave was granted for 29 days for the purpose of sister's marriage, this Court is inclined to extend the leave till 22.03.2020. The detenu shall be brought back to the Central Prison, Vellore on 22.03.2020 at 06.00 PM.

He shall comply with the earlier conditions imposed on 27.02.2020 by this Court till 22.03.2020.
