PRAYER: This petition is filed under Special Original Jurisdiction to review and expunge findings of this Hon'ble Court made in paragraph Nos.11 and 12 in the order dated 13.12.2024 holding that the 2nd petitioner had shown disrespect and disregard to the order dated 06.11.2024 passed in W.P.No.33200 of 2024 holding that he had committed contempt that he had passed adverse remarks and also to 1/3

expunge the direction directing the petitioner to pay Rs.25,000/- from his personal fund/salary.

ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed another petition in WMP.No.12440 of 2025 in W.P.No.33200 of 2024 seeking to file a modification petition. Hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.
