Heard Mr.Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.R.Sundaram, learned counsel, who has put in appearance on behalf of second respondent. We find sufficient cause having been shown for condoning the delay of 79 days in the filing of the appeal. Accordingly, we condone the delay and allow the petition.

The appeal shall be treated to be within time and be given the regular number.
