This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.65 of 2012 before the competent court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Mr.A.Thavamani, Inspector of Police, Udumalpet Police Station, Tirupur District is present before this Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that investigation in Cr.No.65 of 2012 was completed and final report has been filed on 27.7.2015 and the same has been taken as C.C.No.132 of 2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Udumalpet for offence under Section 406 IPC.

4. Recording the above, this criminal original petition is closed.
