The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 31.08.2017 in REA No.37/2016 in REP.No.08/09 in OS.No.209 of 1979 on the file of District Munsif Court, Rasipuram and allow the civil revision petition.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 31.08.2017 in REA No.37/2016 in REP.No.08/09 in OS.No.209 of 1979 on the file of District Munsif Court, Rasipuram. 2.

It is seen that when the matter was listed on 28.06.2018 for admission, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, it was adjourned. Thereafter, the petitioners did not take any step to list the matter. Now, the learned counsel who appeared on behalf of the petitioners on earlier occasions submitted that he already handed over the entire bundle to the petitioners.

Thereafter, the petitioners have not engaged any counsel to appear before this Court even till today, and the matter is pending 2/4

without even admission or ordering notice to the respondents. It shows that the petitioners have no interest to proceed with the civil revision petition. Therefore, this court is not inclined to entertain the civil revision petition.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
