On a perusal of the pleadings and other materials on record, the following issues are framed for consideration:

1. Whether the memorandum of understanding dated 14.02.2019 came into existence due to coercion and duress?

2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to declaration as prayed for?

3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to permanent injunction as prayed for?

4. What other relief parties are entitled to?

2. For filing affidavit of list of documents and for inspection and typed set of papers, two weeks.
