] The prayer in the main appeal is against the interim order passed in Cont.P.No.41 of 2011. Subsequently, final order of punishment has also been passed on 06.03.2024, which was challenged by one of the contemnors in Cont.P.Nos.3 & 4 of 2024, in which, interim orders of stay has been granted.

2. As such, the challenge to the interim order passed in the same Contempt Petition, has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.

Consequently, LPA stands rejected at the SR stage.
