This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent to conduct enquiry against the third respondent and to appoint her for the post of Helper in Cooking under the Nutritious Meal Scheme at Panchayat Union Primacy School, Naduppattu, Keezhpennathur Union, Thiruvannamalai District, based on her representation dated 21.03.2016.

Thiruvannamalai District. On 26.02.2016, the Commissioner, Panchayat Union/the second respondent herein conducted an interview and the petitioner has participated in the same with all necessary certificates. However, the petitioner has not been selected for the said post and one Ambika/the third respondent herein was appointed for the said post by the second respondent. In this regard, on 21.03.2016, the petitioner sent her representation to respondents 1 and 2 requested them to take necessary action against her representation. As there was no response from them, she is before this Court.
3. A perusal of the affidavit shows that the petitioner, without challenging the correctness of the said order of appointment of Ambika, has come to this Court by way of filing this petition and therefore, it is not known how this writ petition can be entertained. Accordingly, the Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
